About

“NCCP was created to give young people a second chance—not just through training, but by restoring their belief in themselves. When we invest in youth, we rebuild communities.”

The Northwest Community Court Program (NCCP) is a transformative initiative founded by Kim Robertson to provide at-risk and underserved youth (ages 17-24) with free, high-quality career training in fast-growing industries. Our mission is to break cycles of unemployment, poverty, and justice-system involvement by equipping young adults with marketable skills, professional certifications, and real-world experience—setting them on a path to stable careers and financial independence. We also believe teaching substance prevention is key to keeping our youth on the right path to success.

Our mission is to be positive and faithful leaders in our communities. We are multifaceted and plan to provide “community needs” to make a present and everlasting impact to those who are underserved.

NCCP provides expungement consultations, restorative justice, mediation, job training and placement, computer training and reading/ financial literacy.

We will partner with other nonprofit organizations to form solutions to community complex problems such as unemployment, lack of mentorship, lack of leadership and gun violence.
